Thank you Folsom!!

Hey there, San Francisco! I just wanted to slide into your inbox and give you a huge THANK YOU for giving CLF such a warm reception at this year’s Folsom Street Fair.

Five years ago today, we launched our Kickstarter. Being at the Fair, being among our community, seeing how far Cute Little Fuckers has come… it feels amazing.

I am so grateful for everyone who came by to say hey and learn more about CLF. Me and the crew felt so much love from all of you. 

We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

Doing events like these is so important to me. Connecting with you IRL—hearing your stories—is always a striking reminder that the work we do at CLF really does touch people. Once upon a time, sex-positive phenom Carol Queen called us an activist project in an adorable package. This is because every cute little monster that goes out into the world is a rebuke against queer erasure. But hanging out with you shows me, on a more personal level, how important our work in the world continues to be. 

I appreciate you coming out to meet the Cute Little Fuckers. Everyone was so warm and welcoming.
